SJS strive to ensure licenses expire after invoice due dates to allow for payments to be made and to ensure service to our customers is not effected.
If a license is allowed to expire the Optymyse System will stop working until it is updated.
Please notify SJS at support@sjssolutions.com if you are concerned about your license expiring before an invoice due date or if payment is unlikely to be made before a license expires, so that we can assist you.
